Base Command (Outpost Manifest)
The Command Department consists of the Base Commander and the Jedi Representative. The Commander is ultimately responsible for the safety and welfare of everyone at the outpost. She has final authority on all decisions regarding the outpost and it's activity. The Jedi Representative is the commander's right hand and responsible for civilian safety specifically. The Jedi Representative is also the Base Commander's successor should the need arise.

The Jedi consists of Acolyte and Apprentice. The Jedi report to the Jedi Representative as well as receiving directions from the Jedi Council.

Authorised Personnel are those with access to the Outpost's restricted areas.

Droids (Outpost Manifest)
Droids are responsible for the maintenance and act as support to all Outpost Residents. They receive their programming from the Base Commander and the Maintenance Team.

Republic Forces (Outpost Manifest)
The Republic Forces on the Base are made up of a small contingent of Troopers and Starfighter Pilots. They are responsible for keeping the base secure and performing missions to further the Republic's interests on Hoth.

Civilian Staff (Outpost Manifest)
There are no free rides at Frostpoint but there is a small group of Civilian Staff, made up of all those people who help keep Frostpoint running. They include the cantina manager and cook, the maintenance crews, the freighter pilots who help supply the base and any other figures who find themselves in the Outpost's employ.

Salvage (Outpost Manifest)
Salvage crews work to reclaim wreckage on Hoth. In exchange for protection and a warm(ish) bed to sleep in, they are granted a permit by the Base Commander. In exchange the Republic are permitted first refusal of any salvage which may be deemed 'of interest'.

Supply (Outpost Manifest)
The Outpost relies on the Core Worlds for many of it's necessities, as such a certain amount of trading (and smuggling) is tolerated on the Base. Smugglers can sell their good through the requisition officers officially (and through the Cantina Manager unofficially).

Bounty Hunters (Outpost Manifest)
Only the truly desperate would look to run to Hoth, and Frostpoint doesn't have an excess of Troopers to spare in tracking criminals down. Hunters can accept bounties through the Base Commanders office. The Outpost will also pay Hunters to track down Taun-tauns for meat and transport and to take care of any dangerous beasts which may wander too close to Frostpoint.
